    Alex Smith meets with the Dolphins.

    I am beginning to think the doorway to Peyton Manning becoming a 49er may become a reality. With the signings they have made at wide receiver and the running game and defense already in place. Holy crap it only makes sense for Manning to sign with the Dolphins.
    Curious as to your guys' thoughts.

    They are saying the dolphins are not even in the hunt for Manning, but are having contract talks with Alex Smith

    If so then this would open the door for Peyton right away. Maybe he will become a 49er. Montana, Young and Manning.
