God is sending Tebow to Jacksonville because he caught him mass-debating.

My money was on the Texans but it's hard to beat a 5 year, $90 million contract when you're days away from 36. If he doesn't win another championship though, I'm afraid people will look back at this decision as a failure and say he should've retired. I think he'll bring one to the broncos though.

If he stays healthy broncos will be in super bowl more then once imo. Winning is more then just your qb. Look at brady. Lot twice to down syndrome

Good point. Has an actual assessment of his recovery been released yet or it is basically hearsay right now? I haven't seen anything.

I lost respect for Peyton, This just proves he cares more about money than winning a super bowl. He already has more money than he can spend. Why not go to a super bowl ready team in paradise.

manning failed his physical with the colts and now, a month later he is fine? i see tebow heading back to jacksonville where they have a new owner who may want to put some butts in the seats.

that would be a good idea...i wonder if he could land a lengthy quality contract...if i was a coach i would use him as a think run/roll out kind of passer...similar to steve young but bigger stronger not a good a passer but i'd rather keep it on the ground when possible anyway

yup, i could see that. tebow and MJD could do some damage in the running game but they drafted gabbert last year so who knows!

I believe the failed physical thing was just fodder by the Colts orginazation. Red Sox did the same thing to Francona to prevent him from getting a new gig by saying he was a drug addict. And the Redskins also said Albert Haysworth could not pass a conditioning test but then could do it for the Patriots. Just too bad he is a POS as a person.

Umm he passed up more money from the Titans and their "head office for life" to skirt the salary cap. He took less money to go to an organization he wants to. I liked the guy before and he keeps earning my respect.

Yet he passed medical from Miami, Tennessee, and Denver. As it's been said I think the Colts were sandbagging with the whole idea "PM isn't physically fit to play" crap.

I think if hey cut tbow its going to stunt his career. It would be cool if hey kept him so manning could mentor him. Then he would become a legend imo

As a bronco fan, I couldn't agree more. Getting manning could be a great thing. However, with the loss of Quinn they only have tebow for backup. He leaves...s.o.l. if manning goes down. Tebow has a lot of talent and elway is retarded for possibly letting him go. Tebow's name and presence alone has made the broncos millions...

I agree with this 100%. The one thing that could help Tebow overcome his supposed "mechanics" issues would be knowledge and reading defenses. Payton is the best ever at both. If Tebow, with his attitude, work ethic, and his x factor, could play behind and be mentored by Peyton IMO the results could be astounding. Sadly it seems like we will never know.

Hmm really.... You want to make a friendly bet, that my NINERS will go farther than the Giants?

Stats have the Giants chance making it to the Super Bowl 18:1

    And the NINERS are 14:1

I give it to you guys, we begat outlet selfs that game

i respected both the broncos and giants for what they accomplished last year and thought the niners were sooooooooooo strong going into the playoffs.... i agree the niners look like the team to beat out of the 3 in this debate next year, but you gotta give the giants their props they pulled it off and have the ring thats all its about bugsy magraw mug or not
this actually will lay more drama to tebow's AND mannings career/life than i can remember to many football careers...the nfl is looking good in that instance i hope they can iron out their "stance" on football itself and preserve the game and what it has been and should be

Who cares about NFC anyways? It's AFC that matters.

But if we're making bets, who wants to take action on Peyton getting cracked this season so hard he ends up retiring?

I don't care if the giants had a 99% chance of returning to the superbowl..... that still leaves 1% they wont and knowing them..... that's all they need to not make it. I don't make excuses for my teams and I don't get sore when they lose. I accept their faults for what they are.....

The fact remains though..... you lost I don't give a rats ass how they brought that ring home..... but they did. That's all that matters.....

Regarding the bet..... I'm not going to make bets when we aren't even close to starting a season. So much can go wrong from now until the season opener..... so you can make a little bet with yourself if it helps heal the wounds from last season. It's not going to rpevent you from crossing those fingers and saying a prayer every single time another team punts though lol..... that you'll have to live with..... every punt of every game.

You can not be serious? A flawed system with bogus ranking that only favor schools who can benefit from the money. Not to mention Championships being stripped or schools being put on probation for violating rules.
When they bring in a playoff system then I will pay more attention. But when a team looses 2 games in a season and is ranked higher then 4 other teams that went undefeated you have an issue with that sport. Yeah you can say those teams without losses didn't play anybody, but then the next year when that same team tries to schedule a game with a top 5 team they are told to go pound sand. Why you say? Because Florida State or Louisville have nothing to gain but everything to loose if they play a team like Hawaii or UTEP.

Lol but you sound soooo confident what your team can do, so why no?

Your right the NINERS lost, can't change that and not making any excuses either!!!

We will see, but I'm betting how everything works out neither team goes far lol

P.s. I don't have to cross my finger when my team punts we have one of the best punting in the NFL..
