Small lumps Beginning Signs of Gyno Help.

I was taking a short course of Oxymetholone only, for around 4 weeks. Due to work I could not get on anything heavy. As advised i used chlomid for several weeks after the cycle. I finished this over 3 months ago however have noticed a small lump under my left nipple, causing the nipple to be permanently errect, I can also feel a small hard mass under my right nipple. They are both sore to touch and if squeezed there is a discharge. I obviously need to sort this problem as soon as possible so I have bought some tamoxifen and started taking it at 40mg a day.

Have I caught the gyno early enough? will the tamoxifen help get rid of the small lumps and make my nipples go back to normal?

I have viewed many threads but all answers seem to contradict each other. I just want a straight up answer/advice.

i would get blood work and see where everything is at. if your lactating thats usually progesterone related

Thanks for the advice if it is progesterone related is that reversible and will the fact I am taking tamoxifen make it worse or will it have no effect?
