35 Years Old , Army Veteran, about 3 years total in the box(Afghanistan and Iraq) as an 11B(Infantryman, Airborne). Majority of time was spent in Heidelberg and Schwetzingen, Germany working for V Corps and before that was part of a experimental, somewhat "under wraps" and unique Special Operations group called the AMF(L), which is now disbanded. I was in very good shape in the military, but once I married and had two little girls(well I didnt have them, im the father!) , I got a bit out of shape. I am back at it now, and am feeling and looking a hell of a lot better. I have never done any cycles, but it is something I am curious about. I am currently a contractor for the Government, and have a job that is very physically and mentally challenging. I am not interested so much in getting freak of nature size/strength, but I am looking to maybe try a conservative cycle out just to "test the waters" so to speak. One of my goals is to get in competition shape within a year or so. At any rate, I am here to learn first and foremost, and hopefully down the road , to network and start a cycle(safely, intelligently). I have a beautiful wife and two precious little girls(5 and 3) whom I want to stick around for as long as I can, so im not trying to be all gung ho , be a dumbass and get myself jacked up medically.
again, im just looking to learn and to ease myself into things in a safe, intelligent way, with the end goal of adding on muscle and pushing through strength plateaus.
with my first marriage I let myself go...because truth be told I wasn't happy and didn't care how I looked. I was disgusting. BUT, now ive found the love of my life, and want more than *anything* to give my gal the best me I can give her. Physically, looks wise, everything. I think that finding the right one does that....makes you WANT to be your best, instead of getting lazy "ive got her now, so I dont need to work for her(nonsense!)
anyway, sorry for the wordy post.
I am new at this. Want to learn about it all, and start a cycle here before too long, if I can even figure out how to go about it. I wouldn't even know where to begin! Anyway, this forum looks very professional, full of information, and the overall vibe is one of respect and good manners. I like that.
Thanks for having me guys. If anyone on this board is here in North Carolina, particularly the coastal area(wilmington, myrtle beach, holden beach, sunset, ocean isle, oak island, wrightsville, little river, conway, etc) id love to link up and pick your brains. I am new at this, and am ignorant as all hell about it!!
