    tren a/test p/clen cycle diet

I posted this originally in the nutritional section but i got no response. any suggestions would be awesome. thanks!!!

    28/4th cycle /5"10/193lbs 14%bf

    test p - weeks 1-12
    tren a - weeks 1-8
    clen - weeks 9-12, 13-15

    pct - weeks 13-16

looking to drop bf a few percent ( end around 10ish) and be up to 200. Is this possible?

just wondering where my calories, carbs, and protien should be...

    i was thinking 3000, 150, 400

any suggestions would be appreciated. always done bulk cycles with bulk diets. never tried to really zero in on specific goals before.

    thanks

No help from the Nutrition Section? Odd.

Let's start with the dosing of said compounds. How much of each will you be using? Include clen and PCT.

Do you know your TDEE? And, is 150 for carbs and 400 for protein?

This isn't a diet that fits the norm but it, works, believe me.

Get your body weight in lbs on an empty stomach and divide that number by 6 eg 240lbs / 6 = 30

This means u can have 30g of protein and 30g of carbs per meal, you can have 6 meals a day.

3 meals consist of oats and whey protein, the other 3 meals u can use white fish, chicken breast, sweet potato and brown rice.

That's all you can eat, nothing more. Do this for a week and weigh yourself and adjust the arcing size by you're current weight, ie divide your new body weight by 6.

A bit of cardio after your workout helps but this works without cardio.

People will say its bull but you won't lose muscle and you will loose fat, do it for 10 weeks and you will be ripped.

I hope you don't dismiss the method and I haven't wasted my time.

What about fats??? What kind of carbs and exactly when should he be eating what???

OP this advice is not good. Visit the diet forum if you want to learn to eat.

Your BMR's 1967cals. If your activity rate is "active" 1.65 Your TDEE's about 3250cals. Yeah, your calculations looks good.

No fats or veggies - is this about being healthy or getting ripped? Either way since when has being below 14% bf been healthy, it's not a diet to use all year round.

As I predicted I knew it would get dismissed. Use it and get results, if you don't use t, I don't care to be honest.

thanks guys so far for the responses.

my current doses are not in stone yet, i'm starting in a couple weeks so i'm still playing around with some ideas

    test p 100 eod
tren 75-100 eod (not sure yet first time using)
clen - starting at 20mg ed and tapering up 20mgs ed till i reach 80 for the duration of 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off, and the same again for 2 weeks (first time using)

i went to a couple of different bri calculators and tdee calculators and i saw a range for tdee 2000-3000 sort of frustrating.

    i hope this info helps
    thanks

I gave you a simple diet and now you are looking at bmi calculators.

Just go on a typical low carb diet and feel like crap .... I'm bored of keep trying to convince people it works.

It wasn't you to be fair =) I'm very angry at the moment, been on test prop 75mg Ed and Tren ace 50mg Ed for the last 10 weeks =)

You might wanna use those dosages too, it's been awesome with no sides

You obviously know jack about diet. You NEED fat and CARBS along with PROTEIN in order to maintain/gain/cut.....live....

I am not dismissing you, i am just stating the obvious that that is a ridiculous diet.

This forum is here to advise people about the use of AAS among many other aspects of BB in a healthy and proper manner to minimize people from hurting themselves. It is to help people.
That is why and health should always be a bigger concern than a "how much tren can I take without dying" type attitude.

    Sides are person dependent.

As I said, I knew it would be dismissed as it doesn't fit the mold, it's an old school diet that works.

I hate to repeat myself but i tries to help, if you wan to try it then good luck an enjoy the results, if you don't an want to pull a calculator out every meal and make it a lot harder than it needs to be then go ahead.
