Hi everyone,
I've come to learn from experience that most people on these websites are very friendly and full of knowledge. I am 29 yrs old and interested in doing a cycle or two of ???. I've been working out on and off since I was 15 and I'm very familiar with the exercises but I've never tried any supplements other than your good ol' protein, creatine, amino acids and an occasional testosterone booster sold at any sports stores. So, my intention is to mainly lose some fat while making some muscle gains along the way. Both of my knees are bad from previous sport injuries so it's becoming more difficult to maintain/lose weight by doing cardio (bike, jogging, jump rope, etc.) and I would like a little "assistance" from stronger supplements. However, I've no clue what to take exactly or how to take it. I don't know anyone who does take it (or at least won't admit it) so I'm asking you guys. Thanks in advance for your help fellas!
