Cool Hi, any adivice is welcome

I have never used steroids, I have used all the testosterone boosters, and so forth but, im thinking of trying the real thing. I am not doing this for a body building compitition, I am doing it to gain a some solid weight, and be as strong and fast as possible. I eat healthy and suplement with creatine, protein, and no xplode, and multi vitamins, fish oil, gulcosamine . I try to maintain a 60% protein, 25% carb, 15% fat diet round about, (not always perfect) I maintain around what i would assume to be 9-10% body fat, i work out 4-5 days a week, i also am an avid outdoors man, so i am constantly hiking, climbing, swimming, rafting, etc. with most of it at elevation. I am 5'11" 160lbs and i cant seem to put on weight, ever. i have no desire to be huge, maybe 185 after im off at the max really. What i really want is super powers lol, i want to be 185 but a strong as guy 250. like i said im not doing it for a body building competition just for personal satisfaction, and im sure getting a little more attention from the ladies wouldnt hurt. If anyone actually reads this and has some ideas, please share!

    Welcome to the board mate!
First of all, I'd advise against steroids (aas) for now. For a couple of reasons, but i digress.
Instead, and don't take this personal, but when a newb such as yourself says their diet is "healthy" or "dialed in", I'm skeptical. why? weightlifters/body builders need a different type of diet compared to most others. So, for a very first step, let's do this. And I'm sorry for having you read all this, but I feel it is critical so you can get up to speed.

First, read about macros, how to calculate... you seem to have some knowledge already, so this may be more of a review:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart

Next, I want you to read about TDEE (what is that?) and how to calculate for your unique physique:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure

Next, read about some info we have for "hard gainers" such as yourself:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ight-READ-THIS!!!

    and this
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nd-sample-diet...

now I want you to go to the nutrition section, start a new thread, call it something like "little guys'" diet program, or something like that:
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM

I want you to post each meal you eat for the day, complete with the macros per meal (pro/carb/fat & calories), and total macros for the day.
in this post, tell us your TDEE as well. Immediately, we should see if you are eating enough, which i seriuosly doubt. Additionally, we shall be able to judge for ourselves the quality of your eating program, and how to improve.

Do all this first. Do not consider steroids until after you have dialed in your nutrition plan, and your exercise routines. And then after a few years in the gym, building a natural foundation, doing it right, then when you plateau, you will be ready to think about cycling.

Next, we should look at your exercise routines. But i'm outta time for now, so we should leave that for next time.

    Good luck!
    ---Roman

You sound fit , healthy and strong with a good lifestyle. Eat! I used to eat 7 meals a day, 3 at night 4 during the day. Loads of protein, carbs, fats and supplements. Now I am happy to stay round my current weight. 95 kg is ok, not fat, looks ok and I am strong. I love to be strong. As I was 39kg at 24 and have since won a few power lifting comps I am happy! Girls do like strong men!! Good luck. John
