    Gyno reversal, Letro taper to nolva or adex

    Have finished my gyno reversal...damn, been on letro 2.5 for 40 days now..gyno had dissappeared but a small dot cropped up on left nips when i reduced to letro eod.. It is not paining though ..curretly on letro eod i presume it maybe rebounding..question is start nolva 20 ed alongside letro e3d and taper letro while ramping nolva to 40. Or switch to adex till i taper letro and then add nolva....thank you for your inputs
