I've done some research on diets that call for protein/carbs for three meals, and protein/fats for three meals. It all seems to make sense and I'm looking at giving it the old college try. My question is: What sort of fat can go with protein in one of the protein/fat meals? The only things I can really think of are raw nuts or flax oil. Though flax oil isn't exactly a meal. Any help is appreciated, especially swole's.
