    Diet for Var cycle

    So I posted in the nutrition section and didn't get any responses. So I'm asking here.

    I know my TDEE what I wanna know is how do I alter my diet on cycle? When I'm on a test only cycle I'm cramming in 4500-5000 cal a day. But This isn't a bulk cycle so I don't know if I'm supposed to keep my calories at maintenance, at a surplus, or at a deficit, and by how much?

    IMO, it depends on your goal. If you're trying to cut and get lean I would take TDEE daily but reduce the carb and fat to 30/30 and increase my protein to 40.

    Me too. I'd also go 500 deficit on calories. Check out carb cycling on Ronnie Rowlands Stickie at the top of this page. It really works for me...
