So I posted in the nutrition section and didn't get any responses. So I'm asking here.
I know my TDEE what I wanna know is how do I alter my diet on cycle? When I'm on a test only cycle I'm cramming in 4500-5000 cal a day. But This isn't a bulk cycle so I don't know if I'm supposed to keep my calories at maintenance, at a surplus, or at a deficit, and by how much?
