    Front-loading Dbol question

    When front-loading Dbol at say 20mgs a day for four weeks, is it imperative that it's taken seven days a week for the benefit of even blood levels or is it more efficent to take it only on days you are working out? My routine consist of a four day split mon/tue thur/fri and 45 min. cardio on wed. sat. with sunday off. Thanks guys

    You need to take it every day and its better to split it up twice a day say morning and late afternoon.

    ^^^ Agreed. And, morning, afternoon and before bed is even better imo.

    I think you mean "kickstarting" not "front loading". Take the dbol ed and 20mg will do close to nothing over a 4 week period.

    Yeah bro everyday and use 30 /40 mgs daily.You will get better results.

    I read taking all at once is better because you have the higher amount in your blood streams at the time of workout. can anyone comment on this that knows for sure and has the facts to back it up

    The idea here is if your doing a dbol only cycle (which is stupid BTW) then more of the compound makes it through your liver via the "Bum Rush your Liver" method. Not ideal huh? I take 20 mg at 7:00 am, 4:00 pm and right before bed. You certainly want that stuff in your blood stream while your sleeping (growing!).

    IMO I really dont see the point or even much benefit in kickstarting a cycle with DBol...

    Maybe that is because I cant run it at a high dose without crippling back pumps and massive loss of appetite...

    For these reasons it forced me to change my approach and run it at a lower dose (20mg daily actually)... So instead of running my planned 40mg per day for 4 weeks I halved the dose and doubled the duration, which cured all of my problems..

    After doing a bit of reading and speaking to knowledgeable members (maybe swifto, not sure) I realised that running dbol over a long duration may be of more benefit anyway...

    From now on Dbol will be a part of most of my cycles and I will incorporate it throughout but at a lower dose... I have even 'pulse' dosed it on only training days (at a higher dose) and found that this was also a good way to go to avoid the sides that I would get if I was to take that does daily...

    I would take 30mgs, 10 morning afternoon and bed.

    I have only used injectables in the past and never tried Dbol. I will deifinitely split up the doses and try it at 25 mg. This is conservative but I'd rather be a little on the cautious side for the first time. Thanks
