I am on my 1st cycle of AAS and I am finding it really hard working shift. (factory) (2days, 3 nights, 2 nights 3 days)

37 5'8 210lbs 18% bf. ( I know my bf% is a little high. I am not fat, pretty solid actually.
10 week cycle test E.250 one pin per week. ( I was going to use winny tabs too but took the advice for others reading in here. do the test only (highly educated peeps in here)
diet is good could be better but midnights at work are tough.
I do have a bottle of clomid which i will use after the 10th week.
and another factor I have a VERY BUSY 2 year old son. I realize I have a busy schedule but I am up to the challenge
soory my question is; are there any shiftworkers that can get me on a strategy diet/gym/cycle/work/kids???
