Ive trained naturaly in the past and gained good results. Ive had a year away from the gym and now been back for two months and into a routine my diet is strong and have a good knowledge of nutrition through my job. I want to put on size build my chest and also want to be lean , any advice on what a good cycle would be to acheive this what substances so i cud do futher research. Any ideas.
