    help with my cycle

    Write now I am running Anadrol 50 once a day with prop 100 about 5 cc a week and Arimidex evey day. I have ten more days to complete the anadrol. Then I want to start Phenyl 100 with the prop to try and lean up. My question is how much of each should I use a week and for how long. ( phenyl and prop) Also, want to add winn in there. After all that was thinking to finish with afew weeks of clen.

    Crap!! Does this help.
    That’s why I ask
    5’11”
    220pd at start
    now at 230ish pd
    * prop100 five weeks in. at 5cc per week
    * Anadrol once a day for four weeks
    Also .5 arimidex every day
    At this point I am about 230pd
    Was at20% body fat, not sure at this point


    I wanted to run Anadrol to jump start cycle and work the test in faster. I workout heavy 3 times a week. Cardio about 20 to 30 min five days per week.
    Because of the cardio, I do not want to use tren, though it would be a good choice for what I am looking for. So I stocked up on phenyl 100

    how old are you?

    how long have you been working out and what is your cycle experience?

    Workout on and off forever. run test e or prop in my cycle for years. Last summer I tried somethiing new. I went out of my comfort zone ran test cyp. deca for 12 weeks. It made me big but with alot of water retention. (same cycle) Then ran test cyp. and tren for 6 weeks with great results. I was left with big muscles and not much fat. I was the bigger and leaner then I ever been.

    Just so you know tren is not always a killer on cardio.....i do cardio on it several days a week and play soccer on it and i feel like a champ.
    It really is person dependent....you will read a lot of mixed stories here on that subject.
