OK, I am about 220 lbs. of ripped muscle. The problem is that I weigh about 255. I last did a cycle about 2 years ago. After looking into it, it sounds to me like to put a bit of bulk on, and burn off a good amount of fat that DECA is the way to go. I know there are other products out there, but some of them sound a bit too risky to me. Anybody have any input?
