    First time cycle

    Just got ahold of some 3test & Deca and I'm excited but scared to take it, I've taken prohormons before but nothing extreme like this. I keep reading about Deca dick and other sides that scare me. I have had problems in past with gyno from taking stuff and still have a little gyno. I guess what I'm asking is will I be ok to take the stack, should I be this paranoid? I'm new to the site and cycle so take it easy on me please.

    Well I eat oatmeal in morning along with shake, drink another shake between lunch and breakfast , eat brown rice and tuna and fruit at lunch, drink another shake between lunch dinner, eat chicken breast broccoli and what ever els, at night drink casein protein before bed

    check out the nutritional section I'm still learning there too those guys know there shit I swear. I think the nutrition is the hardest part but its fun learning about it there are some real pros in that section check it out and ask questions awesome archy and 405 are good to hit up

    Ok cool I have allot to learn still so I'll be checking it out. I know nutrition is a major part of bodybuilding just got to do it right. Any suggestions on my cycle
