wake up cup a oats 3 eggs banana
2hrs after whey shake
lunch big bowl of pasta and meat weather its tuna or beef w patatoe
snack....cliff bar protienshake and apple
dinner full pizza sasage pep. roughly 1000 cals
teo hrs later tuna sand. or hamburger with a salad w a patatoe
shake before bed and pj sand.
the grear i had was legit but it was in the same place for 1 1-2 years. a garage but in a corner and in a bag so i would of thought it would of stayed away from severe cold and heat.
im am only taking test e 250 every 5 days or so for 10 weeks or so prolly more like 9...its not much but thats all i had and with my genetics and body size i should of gained weight. only gains about 5 to 8 lbs so far pumps in the gym are pretty sick but not much sterngth increase. no water retention really at all that ive seen and down to last two shot. wtf?
looking at next cycle in acouple months and gonna up it and its gonna be freash new gear prolly test e 500 for 12 weeks
o and my pct coming up wasnt a huge cycle so im taking clomid 50/50/20/20?
ive should of gains more so im just asking wtf?
