my strength starts at about 4-6 but I do not see gains until week 8 or so. Diet plays the huge role in this..
Yeh i was young and naive on my last two cycles. I Made sure my diet was point on this time around. My life has been hell living off talapia,occasional salmon, great abundance of tuna, steaks and chicken. Only sweet potatoe ,brown rice, and oats for charb source. I miss my pasta!! and bread !!. i eat 5 meals a day consisting of these meal choices. with two protein shakes. pwo and preworkout
Ok i seem to be on pace now then , because i just started week 5 and my strength has been going up like crazy!, i guess ill see gains in 3 weeks. my last 3 weeks will be crucial for size then.
how much c are you running. is this your 3rd cycle.

My last cycle was 2 years ago and i did around 400 mg of test prop a week , that's it . My first cycle was three years ago it was 500 mg of test e a week with 30 mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks. My first cycle was ridicilous i blew up and got alot of sides. My second was mediocore but probably because my diet wasn't consistent. Right now im running 500mg of test cyp a week.
Both my previous test cycles ran 10 weeks ,

Actually, if you obtain whole wheat pasta and bread, you've obtained complex carbohydrates, and there is no reason to avoid those. As gearbox pointed out, your diet will play the largest role in size gains from any ester of test, but cypionate is a very long ester and it takes a very long time to see the results by way of muscle gains. I personally would never use cypionate or enanthate in a cycle without a short ester test or an oral such as Anadrol or Dianobol in conjunction.
Yeh im using var for the first couple of weeks at 50 mg a day . i throw in complex charbs here in and there but rarely . trying to cut for the summer.
If i do throw them in , it's post workout to restore glycogen levels
