its not so much absorption. but he weight of the molecule of the ester. 250mg is a matter of weight. So if and im just making up a number the enanthate ester weighs 20mg then your getting 230mg of test.

Like Gixx said, it has nothing to do with absorption.
All you have to do to calculate how much of a compound is active ingredient is to divide the molecular weight of the base by the molecular weight of the base + ester.
