in all seriousness, cleans and snatches will build more muscle than any bodybuilding exercise. they are also the best exercises for increasing explosiveness. there was a study done that showed olympic lifters had higher verticals than all other athletes. so do them 3x a week at the beginning of your routine

Best way to increase your vertical is to drop body fat
. Also need to build strength in your shoulders you can improve 2-3 inches from shoulder strength. And plyo boxes work miracles.

Not sure how bad you really want to jump but if you spend an hour a day Dunking on a Bball rim starting with whatever you can get 9-9'6"-10 and keep moving up when you can you will be amazed in a year what you can do.

Olympic lifts build little to no muscle actually. The quite jerking motion keeps the muscle under extremely small amounts of tension, thus not breaking many muscle fibers, which is how muscles grow.

But to OP, the best way to increase you vertical would be clean, snatch, jump squats, knee jumps, squats, and simply doing jumps. Put the cleans/snatches on your shoulder or back day, start with them always as they are very very demanding when it comes to technique and you want to be fresh when you do them to avoid injury. Jump squats can be done on leg days along with knees jumps and normal squats. Knee jumps is when you are on your knees with a barbell and you go from there to jumping onto your feet. Do these or box jumps or jump squats before your normal squats to prime your nervous system for the heavy squats you're about to do. Hope I helped.
