I have 10 ml of T-400. It has 250 mg Test E and 75mg of Test C and P. Also have Nolvadex for PCT. Im 5'9 and 75 lbs, 14% bf. I've been lifting for 3 years and used to be a lot chubbier. This is my first cycle ( Im 23) and have a good idea of what I am planing to do as far as cardio, weights and diet but wanted to compare it with other peoples advice. Im planning on pinning twice a week, Monday and Thursday, for ten weeks and want to cut down to 10% bf if possible. I am also considering an EC stack. My pct will begin 18 days after my last pin.
I was thinking a lower carb diet, Calories (approx 1300) 45%p, 30%fat, 25% carbs. Cardio 4 times a week, mostly HIIT with some LISS post workout a couple times a week. Im doing a five day split with Mon and Fri off.
Any advice much appreciated! That includes for weight training, cardio or diet!
