hello, i stumbled across this site, in my search for real strength gains.
i was a pain killer addict for a few years due to an injury, now i been clean for a while, and my muscle has gone bye, bye.
i dropped a lot of weight in the last 9 months, went from 225 down to 150, now im at 160.
i dont bench press much, not in weight but the exercise hurts my hands and wrists. i do dumbell bench alot in place of them bench press.
any way, for my height and weight im decently strong, i work out with 90-95 lbs dumbells when i do.
i need some good advice, as it seems i have been hitting a plateu lately, mainly i beat myself up by lifting everyday, from fear of being a fatass again. and i want to look good.
