    Clen on fasted cardio/training

    I'm thinking about starting a new approach on getting rid of this last 1-2% of bf. I was wondering if the catabolic effects of clen would preserve muscle during fasted cardio/ training. I want to try taking clen apon waking then hitting the treadmill/weights

    I did this then fasted cardio. Worked well

    Clen once used continuously, has (as cited in the profile) some anti-catabolic effects. There is no reference that I can recall for how potent said effects are, but they certainly don't rival anabolism. Fasting's catabolism is more than Clen can negate. Fasting (although it hits a short-term wall/limit) causes muscle loss, and is not recommended for fat loss purposes because of this.

    This is the same reason your diet shouldn't remain at VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) level for long even pre-contest, you've got to have sustenance for maintenance. Any deficit should be controlled, typically dropping approx. 500 cals per day, but varies and should be monitored by you and measured against your goal.
