Seeing as this is my first post, I'll start by introducing myself. I'm a 26 y/o male, 5 foot 6, 170 lbs, and about 10% bf.
So right now I'm 6 weeks into a test e cycle at 500mg/wk. I have my diet and my training in check. I've done all my research. I have my PCT protocol prepared. So far I've gained about 11 pounds and a little bit of fat(and water).
Say I wanted to cut all this fat and water weight before summer. I looked into clen and decided it's not for me so I decided I'd run ECA. I've done plenty of research on this as well. My question is how long should I wait to start the ECA after my last pin to minimize loss of gains. I know I have to continue to eat solid for a while, but how long should I wait.
Any advice would be appreciated.
