I stay and need to stay pretty lean all year round. Unsure of body fat but sub 10 anyway. I usually sit on proviron all the time, no real reason I just get on well with it. Was using it for 6-7 months but came off it for now as ran out, will take a month break of it. But anything out there decent supplement wise that is effective to an extent in burning fat and hardening?
Prob wasting my time as majority of the supps are all garbage over-hyped shyt. But just generally interested. I know simple answer would be just jump on some var/winny or clen but my livers under quite a bit of stress as it is and clean im unsure about as read reports on the nasty heart side effects!
