Hey all. I'm a 29 yr. Old about 5 11 and 210lbs. I have been in and out of the gym about 10 years and feel like I have a decent grasp on working and have some knowledge on diet, harder for me to follow then knowing the right things to eat. Just recently started a cycle of sust 250 and generic hgh blue tops. Like i said I've already started just wanted to get some tips and pointers as far as good dosages and timelines for how long I can run it and how long my pct should last. I'm not lazy and have done some research but hard to find everything on juice, plus it seems like there are some knowlegable people on here.
