if you're already on a cycle, that's very bad then. you should only run testosterone as your first cycle. what's your age? judging from your height/weight ratio, i'm assuming you're overweight. what's your bodyfat %?

    1. you're too young to take steroids
    2. i don't believe you're 118kg at 188cm with 10% bf. there is no way a human being can reach a lean 6'2 240lbs physique without gear. i mean, arnold was at that size and he juiced like crazy. please provide a pic of yourself.

no it's not. and i've actually made a mistake. 118 kg is almost 260 lbs, not 240 lbs. 6'2 260 lbs 10% is near mr. olympia status. there is absolutely NO WAY anyone can reach that size without gear. can you even comprehend how big such person looks?

the added 20 lbs does change many things. and yes that would be one large dude. I just believe they are some out there at the 240 mark. I believe dec11 (not hear anymore) got to about 230 and then turned to aas. My figure may be a little off, but also he said he felt he could have gained a little bit more naturally.

Actually depending on his body type that is easily obtainable. I'm 6'3" 245-250lbs at around 12%. And just look athletic nothing big by any means . I have a large frame and big legs.
I have only been lifting for 4 months after a 10 year layoff.
I have dropped from 271 in January from 18% and even then I was just a big guy.

When I was 270+ people would guess my weight at 225-230 all the time.
First pic I'm over 270. And second pic I was 263 and back lifting about 6 weeks I have leaned up a bunch since then but going to wait till I go sub 10 % before I take another pic.

If by natural he means he's a guy and naturally creates test and just adds alot too it maybe. That guy would be like 250 if he wasn't 5-6%

i agree somewhat,, it is hard to comprehend... and if its truthful that he is natural and that freaky,, just imagine what he would be on AAS.... he only competes in the natural events. google his name and you will see alot of stuff on him.

He very well might be natural but if he is. That guy is the top .01%. That is very impressive either way and takes tons of dedication. I have a friend that has a similar build just obviously smaller but he is generic freak.

you said it in your second post. right now you're closer to 18% bf. and yes, you're pretty damn big, but take note that you'll lose A LOT of weight when you get to 10% bf.

i'm 99% sure he is on heavy AAS. just like many of the other competitive "so-called" natural bodybuilders. one just cannot achieve that low bf and retain that much mass without some outside help

Man I've looked at every post I've made. Thinking maybe I had a typo that said I was 10%, I still see no where that I've said I was 10%.
I am currently 242 today (depleted- around 20-30 carbs a day) and about 12% and on a keto diet. So in theory I will be about 10% and 235lb whenever I get there prolly another 6 weeks.

But back to the point of the story I'm just 4 months back into lifting and not very big and I weigh a ton so it's plausible he could be that size. Once I get back to like I used to be when I was 21, I stayed around 10% but was 260lbs or so. But I also ran a few cycles back then. But it's been almost 10 years now and I've had the worst diet and no lifting I didn't even look like the same person.

If i have that I'm 10% somewhere on another post I appologize I'm def not, but those pics are from 10weeks ago I look like a different person already when I hit 10% I'll post some new.

It helped me a lot to get a accurae bf% count..I rec you do the same before progressing with a cycle. I'm at 12.22% and I would say you have a bit more than I just by observation of he pics.
