What's everyone's opinion on over the counter fat burners if that was ur only route to go? Also which ones do u think r the best?

rx6 was good but its banned in oz and the bottles i have been getting lately arent as good and there is less in the bottle.... If you find a bottle with 45 caps in it I'd suggest it I loved it beat thermojet lipo 6 hydroxycut pants down

Save your money. Most OTC fat burners are garbage. Your best bet for fat loss is DIET,,weight training and cardio.

Ephedrine and Caffeine (ECA stack, research it, arguments if the aspirin is necessary). But if your diet is dialed in right you shouldn't need it (as I have been reminded lately). Works great if you start to plateau on your fat loss or F-up your diet after ONE crazy weekend lol.
