i've been lifting since de***ber 2011, and my lifts have gone dramatically up but i have not put on mass. i would like some information that if i were to cycle, how should i do it? any help would be appreciated

thats 3 months, things take time. You arent ready to start taking anything.
you say your diet is clean. Maybe its to clean and not the right diet to put on mass
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
How old are you first and second are u eating enough ..you would be amazed if u counted it all up ..I used to think I was @ 3000 and it came it to 2100 caloriesOriginally Posted by jeepbrah
