Proposed first cycle

Weeks 1-12
Test cyp 400 at 200 twice a week
Liquidex .25 eod

Pct:
Hcg 500iu days 1-10
Nolvadex days 1-28 20 mg/day

Should 2 weeks after last dart pass before starting Hcg?
Should clomid be added along side Hcg and Nolv?
Could this cycle be ran for more than 12weeks (say 14 or 15) without too much further risk?

Input greatly appreciated.

Run HCG up until day before you start the PCT. Yes, add clomid along with the nolva for pct. 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50. 12 weeks is enough, running a cycle longer just suppresses your natural test levels longer and requires a good pct and not half ash like you proposed man

And how would one do an equipped shoulder press anyway??

most people like to use the hcg during the cycle, from day 1 till just before you start pct. even during the 2wks wait. any reason why you like it for pct instead?

most people like nolva and clomid together for pct. not the hcg.

most people like 12wks for the first cycle. having said that, i think +/- 1-2wks is fine. personal preference.

As mentioned run HCG during and up to PCT, not during. And yes, include clomid.

If I could go back I wouldn't have done a test only first cycle, from personal experience. not saying go daft with compounds, but too much parroting online. there are compounds you can add which will have a much greater anabolic lasting effect and other benefits, such as collagen synthesis etc.

Just want to say thanks for all the positive inputs. As far as why for the post cycle hcg, I had read and heard that for a milder cycle ( such as a lower test only)hcg really wasn't needed during a cycle. Also, that hcg could optionally be used as a testicle jump start In between last shot and pct. That's pretty much the only reason why It was listed. Thanks again.

you're right. 400mg/wk is not too bad.

another way to run hcg (slightly compromised way), you can hold it off till you notice shrinkage. wk 4-6? but i feel it may be safer just to start right from day1.
