    Hello all

I'm hoping to gain some more knowledge on doing aas cycles safely. I'm 25 and have been lifting for 8 years on and off due to injuries and the sort but have gotten super dedicated the last 3 years and have made significant gains.

I've become a bodybuilding enthusiast and have recently become agitated with not being able to reach a certain point in my lifting and physique goals. I've tried many types of variations in my workouts such as pyramid lifting, mad cow 5x5, mark rippetoe, etc. but feel as if I've maxed out the programs as I'm not progressing as I feel I should.

So finally, after much debate with myself and criticizing users of aas, I've finally come around to accepting that maybe I'm the one being hard headed and I should just do it.

Takes a lot of time and work. At 25 you are just starting, train hard and eat well, Good luck

Peer pressures a bitch ya know. I get mad jealous of my peers making impressive gains running aas. I'm as healthy as I'll ever be and feel it's a perfect time to start.

Thanks. But specifically what takes a lot of time and work? Running a cycle?
