    Talking Greetings!

    Hello all, I am a new member of this forum, though I am not new to viewing it or to the site as a whole. I am a 23 year old hopeful in the world of bodybuilding and have just completed my first competitive bodybuilding show. I have joined the site to hopefully meet some other like minded individuals and learn all I can from all the veterans out there. I am located in Ontario, Canada, Guelph area to be specific. Look forward to all the future talks and discussion,

    Thank you everyone for the kind welcoming to the community, as for the first show I took 5th place and qualified to compete again in the provincials this June but have decided to take 2 years to train and rededicate myself to the sport! I am currently 200 lbs at approx 10% BF, plan on starting my cutting season on Monday though, bring on the dieting fun lol
