Are deca, primo, var and eq good opr bad for tendons and ligaments?

    Hi.

I have some posts on the form that say that the above AAS are good for tendon and ligament healing but then I read on pubmed and other study sites that it is completely the opposite!

    Which is true?

    Bye

I believe they are good for collagen synthesis. Unless they are done with extensive physiotherapy, and gains will be lost after discontinuing any of the above. Over lifting on any of the above can cause the opposite.

    tendons!

    Hi Jamotech.

    I think u r spot on!

I did physio without aas and my tendon did not heel 100%! The doc told me that!

I have other bad tendons including a shoulder one!

This puts me of doin my sport - climbing - and training for it!

It also stops me being my best!

I know overlifting on aas can cause severe tendon ruptures! A lot of people do not lift properly aswell along with thinking that aas will turn them into a wrestler or MMA fighter in one session!

I read that test, tren and winnie r bad for tendons so only use test to back up HPTA - Andriol is my fave!

Also I think HGH is good for tendons/ligaments along with a good glutamine supplement!

    Bye
