HCG & Nolvadex or Ran independently???

Hello all. I need some clarity on how to run my HCG and Nolvadex. Some say to run HCG for 2-3 weeks starting on last week of cycle in conjunction w/Nolvadex- after HCG is done continue with Nolvadex till finished. Others say to run HCG on last day of cycle up to the start of PCT (15 days later). I'm confused. Please help. Thank you.

Here's my gear:

-(2) Anavar : 10mg per tab, 100 tab bottle
- (2)Test E: 300mg per ml, 10cc/ml
- (1) HCG: 5000iu Vial
- (1) Bacteriostatic Water, 10cc/ml
- (42 pills) Nolvadex: 20mg per tab

What's the bacteriostatic water for?
Start the Hcg early in the cycle I would say as soon as the test starts to kick.. Do 500ii a week..after yur last test injection run the Hcg for two more weeks and start the nolva.. Is nolva all you got for pct? Might wanna beef that up a lil bit. Yur also missing an AI
