Hello friends, just a little about myself:
I am 34, been lifting for 2 years now, I have good knowledge about diet, training and supps and zero knowledge on steroids, I am meso-endo, used to be fat for over a decade, dropped from 23% bf to 13% in a year, then stop dieting and trained like a horse for 4 months, gainned 24 pounds and went back to 19% bf but got much more fit looking. really been considering doing my first cycle after done researching.
Question is....(drumroll).... Should I drop the body fat to 13% consequently losing some LBM or Should I put my diet in anabolic state and start doing my first cycle in high body fat percentage?
