    Start cycle on low or high b/f%. ?

    Hello friends, just a little about myself:
    I am 34, been lifting for 2 years now, I have good knowledge about diet, training and supps and zero knowledge on steroids, I am meso-endo, used to be fat for over a decade, dropped from 23% bf to 13% in a year, then stop dieting and trained like a horse for 4 months, gainned 24 pounds and went back to 19% bf but got much more fit looking. really been considering doing my first cycle after done researching.

    Question is....(drumroll).... Should I drop the body fat to 13% consequently losing some LBM or Should I put my diet in anabolic state and start doing my first cycle in high body fat percentage?

    You want to definitly have your BF below 15% before starting the cycle, if you diet correctly yo ushould be able to get there without loosing LBM. In the mean time you can start learning more about your body and the compounds you are contemplating using, become an expert before you start. As far as im concerned thats the best thing you can do

    Well, I've been lifting decently, but my main goal is to jack up arms and shoulders and after a 10 weeks cycle, I wanna bring my bf to below 10% and have that "mean and lean" look.
    i plan on staying that way for 8 months(out of 12), training to build more strenght and then be off for a month and work on rebulk ( cycling, eating and training) for 3 months. I somehow have a hard time to build biceps, triceps are ok.

    if you want to get below 10% i would start dieting now. If you do things properly you will not loose lbm getting to 13%
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Well, in that case I should start planning a carb cycling diet, I do have a hard time to lose fat! thank you all, I got the big picture.
