cant remember the exact way i took my cycle

Im 34 weigh 175 and 5"8, i got some test cypionate and gonna stack it with masteron. already did this in the past but dont remember the exact dosages and how many times per week i took them. i think i did test every 3 days and masteron every 2? can someone help? Tell me the best way to do these or atleast remind me?

Cyp can be done once or twice a week.Mast if its the long ester the same.Some people run them at different times.All depends wat you like.

a good dosage would be about 500mg test cyp, injected twice per week..
If you were injecting the masteron every second day it was probably the prop ester.. in which case 100mg EOD will do fine
