    workouts while on cycle

    So I'm on a cycle of sus at 500mg/week for 10weeks then on the 6thweek I'm start winstrol at 50mg/day anyways what I wanted to know was if I should still train legs, my goals aren't to be a body builder but to just enhance my physique but I'm not sure of the legs because isn't working them out in the first place to shoot test through you anyways? My friends that are natural do a lot of squats and deadlifts and it is working great for them, if I were to do that aswell on my cycle would it work really well? And if so what rep range and sets I should be shooting for to gain as much muscle mass as possible, would be great if someone could help

    Ofcourse I do haha I'm asking if I should keep it up, I don't really do squats but I do a lot of hacksquats and legpress

    Please train your legs. If you haven't been training your legs consistantly for years u shouldn't be taking AAS

    my first cycled my weight skyrocked when i trained legs more than i used to (not much, always hated leg day) i cant remember the study,, but i remember reading something that people that included deadlift and squats in their routine on average had more lean body mass than a study group that didnt have those in their workout..

    23/200/been training on and off for 6years but consistently for 2 um current diet, breakfast 5eegswhites a cup of oatmeal midmorning snack brownrice chickenbreast lunch brocolli or asparagus brownriche chicken preworkout wheyprotein and oats post workout wheyprotein dinner steak or chicken or fish and vegetables and so on not guna post everything but along those lines

    Lmao. You train legs but don't do squats ? Now you need steroids? If you can't figure out the right way to grow legs then i doubt the rest of your body is as big as it could be

    thats not a diet,,, list your MACROS for the day..

    also, why does your profile say 18 and you just told the board 23?

    you asked if you should continue training your legs,, and the answer is,, unless you want to have chicken legs and be made fun of by everyone for having no symetry,, then by all means dont train legs... but the body is only as strong as its weakest link.. and if your legs are lacking,, the other parts of your body wont progress to your potential unless you fix your weak point.. so YES, continue to train your legs.

    Seems the second that @johnny got information that he needed to hear instead of the information he WANTED to hear,,, he split... i would much rather have an enemy get PISSEd at me for not giving information than have a FRIEND that i helped not be able to have kids and be on trt for the rest of his life.

    i think you should not use any steroid right now. you need alot more research.
    and when you do run test run it 12-14wks MINIMUM. nothing less.

    Yes train legs if you can. work out to what you want. if you think legs are too big then focus on another part.
    and no its not goign to bosst your test on cycle. on cycle you will be shut down anyway.

    also do you know what PCT is?
    If not read up on it.
