    Best Training Split

What would be the best training split. For a long time I have been doing the 5 on 2 off..but I feel like 2 on 2 of or 2 on 1 off might be better for weight gain, growth and recovery. what do you guys think?

if you want to gain weight i would suggest training a maximum of 4 days a week but go hard, so i would go with 2-2-2-1.
training 5-6days a week should be used for strength training with less intense workouts

For bodybuilding I'd go with the 5 days a week honestly with 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Liked that the most when it came to body building. Powerlifting/olympic lifting I'm doing 3 days a week full body and 3 days conditioning switching every other day. I like it a lot thus far and seems to be going very well. There is no best training split in my opinion, you need to listen to your body and see what works and what doesn't.
