I'm 112lbs female, 5"4. Im tryin to gain good lean muscle, so I started my first var cycle. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I do back/bis/abs, chest/tris, legs/glutes, shoulders/abs. I usually do HITT for 20-30 min 2-3 times a week. Im still having trouble gaining. If my diet is on point, should I be doing cardio at all? I have trouble gaining!
