Wanted to say hi and introduce myself. Im definitely a newbie ..been working again for about 6 mnths. Im 40 yr old male trying to stay ontop of my game in a career very saturated with 21-25 yr old males. Im 5'9 and weigh about 190. Not in bad shape but not in the greatest either. But do have the drive and desire to get there. I look forward to reading and learning alot from this forum. Seems like alot to take in, but also seems WELL worth it!! i did make the mistake of starting "something" before I took the time to read and take advantage of the vast knowledge that we have here, so all thats on pause and hopefully I will gain the education needed from reading everything i can that you guys have to offer. Thank you for having me and I look forward to learning all I can from you guys
