Looking for advice to clean up my horrific diet and as I cycle

Looking for advice to clean up my horrific diet and as I cycle.

I am 41 yrs old male. Been in the gym for 7 years. Quit smoking a year ago.
Cycle and adding some mass. Went from 140 to 220. Currently at 215.
My biggest struggle is cleaning up my diet and eating the right foods, to get the
most from my cycles. It should be easy, but I struggle with drive thru's such as Boston Market
and local Chinese. I not a great cook and single.

    Welcome!

First of all, I know that unhealthy food is tempting, but just dont do it. Once you get used to eating healthy (Tasty healthy I mean, not just eating dry tuna) you won't even crave that bad crap. You don't need to be a good cook at all. Check out the recipes section on here. Also one of the tastiest meals I make is also the easiest. I cook (and drain) 96/4 ground beef, saute some vegetables, mix it up with the beef, melt a bit of low fat mexican cheese on it all and eat it with brown rice. Try it! Als try Slimmer Me's pancakes! They're yummy!

Welcome. Hit the Nutrition Section. It also has a great sub forum that has some great recipes.
