OK history check. So this is your 1st cycle and you already have gyno? Is it from being a little over weight? I would suggest getting the body fat down and gyno taken care of before you consider doing any aas or you could have BAD results. Google gyno pictures. You literally can get saggy old woman titls and lactate. Then your only option is surgery and all for what?

prami is used to reduce prolactin build up in steroids like deca and tren as stated above. Not test e.

I was running letro with the test to keep my estrogen from going up more. I do have a little gyno from past use of ph's
