i have been working out for 4years
gained over 25 K.g
started with 56 K.g
recent wight is 85 k.G before was 90 K.G last year
no steroid experience
age is 22 years older
Body fat is 20% i guess so
high is 185
best of
best bench press is 85k.g
squat 110 K.G
dead lifting is 100 k.g
my goal is bulking up to 100 K.G
eating habit..
4 meals a day
i don't Eat Hard But i Eat Smart
main problem i cant consume much whey protein, as am so lactose intolerance
