    did i get ripped off?

    just a few questions....i got some test e end its like an olive color almost yellowish and i was just wondering if it was legit? it has a lable on it but it just says test e 10 ml 250mg/ml it also has a manufactures name but i wont put that on here for privacy reasons....im pretty sure it was home brewed but i just wanted to be sure i havnt been ripped off.....this is my first cycle so im doing 1ml (250mg) a week for 10 weeks and for pct ill run nolva 20 mg 2 weeks after last injection for 2 weeks along with clomid 50mg for 2 weeks! please give feed back and let me know if im on the right track.....oh yeah right now i weigh 155 and im 5'9 with 7% body fat and i east every 2 hours on a high protein diet!

    i have a friend who is on the same stuff we get it from the same guy and he was my size 10 weeks ago and he has absolutley blew up...i mean he is huge just off of one cycle....what really threw me off was that some of the words on the label are spelled wrong...not that that would affect whats in the vial it just got me thinking!

    so vegan do you think my schedule (first post) looks ok? like my pct and stuff and do you thing 250mg a week is enough?

    You try to come up with a label and then write it in Chinese and see how close you can get! Haha yah that sounds freaky. I prefer ampoules, lot less fakes.

    Dose is low and PCT is short. You will have to give all of your stats to get any good advice but I can already tell you at 155lbs you are probably not close to your natural potential and not ready for juice.

    i already done 2 shots of 250mg my last injection yesterday...would it be ok to do another 250 today because ive heard that 500mg a week is good but that would only give me enough for 5 weeks so would 5 weeks be long enough for a cycle?

    Your stats say you are 22. You can do whatever you want. But I would not advise anyone under 25 to start hitting the juice. Could cause long term damage as countless threads here have shown. I know you wanna get thick but you should really know exactly what you are doing and have everything you need before you start pinning yourself with who knows what. I would just stop. Read the stickies here, tighten up diet, workout a couple more years, and when you know you are ready then do it up. Sucks waiting. I am waiting until the end of the month and I can barely stand it so I know how you must feel! Seriously though read the stickies and you will know exactly whats up.

    Dude? U r Not prepared enough, and have not researched enough and your already pinning. Your injecting hormones into your body!! R u training right? Its very irresponsible of you to use steroids in such a manner. Think pls before you act, u could seriously mess your self up.

    ironbeck yes im training 6 days a week 2 hours a day and have been for a long time! i have nolva and clomid on hand to treat any sides and for pct! i researched alot before i pinned bro i promise! i know im not exactly old enough but ive been training hard for about 3 years and im not getting anywhere....i mean i gained a very very small amount in 3 years(MAYBE 5 pounds)! i eat every 2 hours on a very high protein and calorie diet but my metabolism is just way too high!

    also aside from weight training i train in jiu jitsu/mma 3 days a week and run 5 miles every-other day

    Metabolism schmabolism. Figure out your TDEE. Get you macros close and eat at a surplus. BOOM! If you are working out like you say you are you will grow! Best thing you could do is read the stickies in the diet section and start a thread to get your diet in order. Trust me.

    here is my diet bro.....7:30am 200 ml egg whites 2 medium tortillas,mushrooms,cheese and salsa, 1 english muffin jam & peanut butter, 15 gm whey protein 25 gm oatmeal
    10:15am 2 cans tuna 20 ml flax seed oil
    12:45pm 7 eggs 3 peices wheat bread with shredded chicken, 1 banana, 15 gm whey protein, 2 yogurt cups
    3:00pm 2 cans tuna, 15 ml flax seed oil
    5:00pm 1 medium steak with mustard, 20 gm whey protein, 5 ml flax seed oil
    1 hour weight training from 6 to 7 o'clock pm
    7:15pm 60 gm whey protei,n 1 can tuna , 1 apple, 1 banana, 3 ml flax seed oil
    9:30pm 130 gm cottage cheese, 15 gm whey protein, 1 yogurt cup

    Weight training, jujitsu, mma training run 5 miles, you are probably quite fit but will never be huge on that workout regime. Your probably burning every calorie and some muscle tissue just to maintain what your doing.
    Drugs aren't the answer bro.

    i just want mass gains...i will be more than happy to leave aas alone for now or at least till age 25 but i still need to know how i need to gain more mass...please give me your advice fit2bold! i really need answers here bro im starting to think i have some kinda freaking flesh eating disease or something lol not literally but i just cant seem to get good gains! please help

    Consistant weight training (heavy lower reps) and 30 mins cardio 3x a week, and eat what you've been eating.

    AR-R is one place you don't have to worry about getting ripped. Try stuffing in 1000 more clean calories a day for a month, keeping macros in order, and lift heavier weights. If you don't gain then you might be a genetic freak! Haha!

    Sometimes we want to hear what we want to hear...but what we r hearing is what we need to hear. Listen to the advice of these knowledgeable guys. It really is a science and nomatter how good we think we r doing, there's always room for improvements. Some of these guys have been training longer than you or i have been alive. If you want to grow, you've come to the right place. Just follow the advice and guidance given here, as it will have the safest healthiest, and most of all MAINTAINABLE gains.
