    The thing is, AFTER he was tasered and shrugged it off, I genuinely believe he turned around to be cuffed and instead he was wrestled to the ground!

    It obviously was not charged properly. His mistake was pointing at the cop. Of course it's not a weapon but it's still a threatening stance so they have the right to take him down with force. The video is also to short and lacking to many details to make any kind of judgment.
