ok i recently lost a bunch of weight i was 243 now 182 and have some loose skin in dire need of some help of any workout that might help or anything that will help tighten it up, i lost it pretty quick and i have maintained my 182lb for about 4 weeks now and im workingout at school and busting ass in hope that it helps butt can someone help me,i wanna look like a beast or just cut and have abs or both lol

i have pretty good genetics i have decent muscles and have good frame just need help on the belly skin am i still young that it will tighten up a little bit. its tightened a bit sense but wonder if more!! im very big on my diets no pop,candy,eating out etc, just need help please.
