    Need fat GONE!

    Hey everybody first post.
    I really need almost all body fat gone, I've been on a diet (it is good don't worry, I had it checked) and I have done lots of cardio but I can't lose the last big of fat!
    I weigh 150 pounds
    I'm at 17% body fat
    How do I get rid of it fastest with the least effort?
    I can get my hand on Clem but maybe you know something better ?
    THE DIET AND CARDIO ISN'T WORKING ON THE LAST BIT OF FAT I ALREADY TRIED FOR A LONG TIME!! thank you

    You must be doing something wrong then. Read through each of these multiple times then post your diet, stats and goals in the nutrition forum and you will get some great advise. Might have to copy paste the links.

    17% isnt a last bit of fat. That a pretty decent amount of fat. So your diet and work out isnt as good as you think.
    And how tall are you that you are 150lbs and 17% bf?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    you can get below 10% bodyfat with cardio and calorie deficit. op, you're basically talking bullshit. go to the nutrition section and sort your diet out. and lol at calling 17% bf "the last bit of fat"

    If you don't care about your health, there's DNP to cut major fat. A lot of people won't touch it. The people that do usually get good results

    And 17% Is the last bit, for me compared to where I was before (weighed 265). But I'll look into DNP, and is clen really as good as advertised? "magic hollywood drug to lose fat" lol

    do not use dnp. It is very dangerous. It not hard to drop from 17% with a good diet
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    guys do not tell him about DNP etc. hes in a weak mindframe atm due to trying to loose fat. hence' little bit of fat left and diet and cardio doesnt work'

    no offence to the OP but get in the diet section. get the diet sorted. dont step off track at all. and see what u look like few weeks down the track.

    fat will come off easy with a calorie controlled diet
