Hey everybodyfirst post.
I really need almost all body fat gone, I've been on a diet (it is good don't worry, I had it checked) and I have done lots of cardio but I can't lose the last big of fat!
I weigh 150 pounds
I'm at 17% body fat
How do I get rid of it fastest with the least effort?
I can get my hand on Clem but maybe you know something better ?
THE DIET AND CARDIO ISN'T WORKING ON THE LAST BIT OF FAT I ALREADY TRIED FOR A LONG TIME!!thank you
