    Trying to figure out my first cycle...

    I'm 29 years young.6'3". 200lbs. and 13% body fat. I've been slacking on my routine and i have only been working out 3-4 days a week. My diet is automatic. Fish, rice, vegetables, except for breakfast. * eggs and oatmeal w/honey (2yolks, the rest egg whites) w/ the occational protein shake throughout the day. Yet, i'm unhappy with my body. I feel like i need a little boost. Ive never done AS and i wanted to do a Testosterone + Winnie cycle on my first Go. Im not looking for the bloated look or any HUGE strength advan***ents. I just want build to lean muscle and keep conservative on my first cycle. Ive done a little bit of reading...I still have some questions though. Like, do i need to incorporate some liver detox into my cycle? Will i need products like novaldex? If so, What do you guys recommend as far as dosages for the complete cycle?
    I know all AS have side effects but im trying to do them as responsible and as safely to my body as possible. any help and tips would be greatly appreciated.
