    Introducing Christian Warrior

    Hey Guys

    Just introducing myself, I am 28 years old English man now living in London with my GF. Been an avid gym goer for about 10 years, had varying degrees of success in the gym, depending on what time I was at in my life but am quit happy the way my body has developed. Came to this site to learn a little bit more about gear and for some advice and to consider things I haven't considered yet and plan on learning alot.

    Read some of the previous posts and it all seems really useful and I hope to benefit from some of your experiences. In fact, Im just about to post my first question.

    Also, my stats, 6ft 2, 91kg, 8per bodyfat and deadlift 160kg or 352lbs...
