    Test E and diet

Hey all, I am going to take my first Test E cycle and wanted to know how I should be eating. I am about 5'9 and weigh 198 pounds. I would like to lose fat and gain muscle till where I am about 187 and lean.

How should I diet or should I do any other exercises (cardio) in order to make that happen?

You should know how to eat long before you think about steroids. As above, nutrition forum will have your answers..

bro whats your bf%% sounds high, gear WILL NOT do it, it takes a perfect diet, training and then the sauce will aide your body in gaining!!! DIET DIET DIET is the serious key in this game not the gear!!

these guys are spot on! go to the diet forum first and only once your diet is dialed in and you are not gaining any more should you even consider the use of aas. these are very powerful drugs that can be very harmful if not used correctly and there is no magic pill to help you get lean! the only way is with diet!

Thanks for your advice guys. I was told I'd cut down hard while I train so that my extra weight shouldn't bother me. I'd say I am about 20 pounds from my ideal weight right now if I were to not lose or gain any muscle.

I have lost quite a bit of weight and gained quite a bit of muscle the last 4-5 months and I generally eat pretty well and clean. I haven't tested my body fat % yet so I'll get that and bump the thread with a reply when I do. Generally, even though I am not tall I'd say my frame is fairly heavy/strong and it's probably less fat than with a normal person my height and weight.

I'll put off running the cycle until I know more.
